Great project. What size and ET are the BBS CK's? What tires are you running?

New valve.  The Forge Supersize.  Fitted these in the past and they have worked very well and respond even faster than the D valve.  Even holding boost better.

Got it fitted last night and a massive improvement noticed straight away.

All you need is the valve, a 38-25mm reducer hose, a 25mm hose joiner, 45mm hose clip and a 25mm hose clip.  The reducer hose needs cutting down.

Then needs a vac line from the inlet which you already have for the other forge valve.  The N75 valve still needs to be plugged in electronically, but no hoses.  This stops any error codes.

I will pop to the car and get some pics of it fitted.

Ok Ok.  I found it very easy to fit!

£106.51 for the valve
£6.60 for the hose joiner
£10.20 for the silicon hose
Few quid for the hose clips

You have the other parts, but most people would also need the N75 and the boost tap.

The vRS doesnt have the 'OFF' or 'DUAL' buttons on the climate control so I grabbed a Golf unit and swapped the buttons over

After:

Also picked up some black caps from Sixonetwo to cover up the rusty BBS bolts

Worth trying over the normal forge valve?

Would rather order from you than Forge due to all the advice you've provided me with on here.

Would it be worth you selling me the bits at that price or should I go to Forge site with SCN 10% code?
