Hi Alex

The car is looking awesome - love those new R8 brakes.   Are these fitted up with the 345mm R32 discs?

cheers
Rob

Hi Rob,

Great to see you on here.  Yeah the calipers fit with the 345mm discs.  Brackets and lines available through me or DaveB.

You can also use the DB9 caliper or the TTRS I believe.  Dave will say if there are others that will fit.

Cheers, Alex

I've had to use a 5mm spacer either side.  Currently they are non spigotted and the wheel doesn't locate on the hub and I get an 80 mph vibration.  I picked up some 5mm spigotted spacers this morning, but I will have to machine down the end of the hub slightly to get them on fully.

If I didnt have the TT hubs, arms etc then I would just put a 10mm spigotted spacer on.

Luckily with your car the wheels still locate onto the hub so you dont need the spiggot.

New top mounts have arrived:

These should fit straight onto the KW coilovers which have the standard size spring.  They should also fit the standard shocks and springs.

Looks like a great bit of kit, excellent crafted, interesting to find out how much negative camber you can get on stock diameter springs?  :happy2:
