Might have just ordered:

Mahle Motorsport 83mm 21mm pinned pistons
DM Forged 21mm pinned rods
APR head and main studs
Full Supertech valvetrain

Spare head will be dropped off with JNL Racing for an extra special porting job.

Then I'm stuck between going for an HTA3079, or a GTX3576.  The engine that I'm going to build will flow too much for a GTX3071 with the porting work.  Head will be specifically flowed to suit either the HTA or the GTX.  HTA will push 500 at low boost and the GTX 550 at low boost.

Stage 1 of the new exhaust system is here, a nice 3.5" BCS downpipe.

Go big or go home    Think you might need to go through with that AWD conversion now lol.

I thought your engine was already fully built piston/rods wise.

Revo do software with RS4 injectors only.  I'm going to run S3 injectors, but with a 150bar FPRV, so Revo will be forced to do a custom tune for me! 

If they cant then Niki will be doing it.

Such a good price for the BCS it wasn't worth me making my own.

The rest of the exhaust system will be custom made by me to show what I can do.

why s3 injectors? i take it you will be running an 8 injector setup then? and which manifold?

do bcs supply this downpipe with oem flange?

RS4 injectors don't flow any more than S3 so no need for them. 

The downpipe is with the OEM K04 flange.  Main reason for going for it is to use it with the TSR manifold and the adaptor flange like you have.

theres so many mixed opinions on this.. i dont understand why everyone uses these rs4 injectors then apart from apr who so say modifys the s3 ones? i have also seen them quote s3 ones are not able to flow as much as rs4 ones when not modifed

and nice.. looking forward to seeing everything come together! going to suprise a few people that car lol

The only way APR can get the S3 injectors to do up to 500bhp is they raise the HPFB to 150Bar as i see it. Higher pressure is equal more fuel in the same period of time.
