I'm sure it'll be worth it, n doubt your Haldex plans will come back online once this has all been installed  :driver:

How come your going for another engine build?  Are your current uprated internals not upto the potential output you have planned?

It will need mapping out.. Easier way is to relocate it behind the bumper

Slight Update:

Dropped the car off for some paint.

Engine block is back from being bored to 83mm.  Crank has been balanced and polished.  Rods and pistons have been balanced and matched.  So the bottom end can now be built.

Head is having the inlets welded up where the runners sit, then it's being hand ported by JNL to suit the turbo and inlet setup I will be running.  None of this generic CNC crap here!!!!  :signLOL:

Excellent progress there Alex, regarding the top, the OEM slides for the top, why not just remove the diffuser and the sides would just slide in and if at a later point you want the diffuser in again you could do so?
I know you're a all or nothing but others that might not want that approach could go back and fit the flapper again.

Over the top mod list ;o)

Due to the porting, it's best to weld them up to get the best flow.  I'm never going to fit the runners back in and the SEM inlet I will be fitting doesn't have the runner flaps.
