Am due to have my mechatronics unit swapped out next week, is there anything I need to get the VW stealer to do at the same time / not do?

Hopefully they know what they are doing.
In the space of 3 months I had 4 units installed in my mk5 2.0 TDI.
After that I told them where to stick there car and got a manual TR GTI instead.
