Fitted Highline ccm and lost dipping mirror
« on: October 05, 2010, 12:06:08 am »
Help please. I replaced 1K0 959 433 AJ (Coding 18C802087F2D840548DAC69010CC) with 1K0 959 433 BT (989002085103087F2D0285057008DAC6909840) and have lost the dipping feature.

The byte "Mirror Lowering with Reverse Rear (Only with Memory Seats) is ticked.

Is it the wrong ccm?

Care to explain? May help others who have had the same problem.

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

When i changed the ccm the saved dipping position was lost and it defaulted to the normal position. So it always worked, i just didnt realise  :ashamed:
