Parrot mulican installation?
« on: October 19, 2010, 10:25:24 pm »
I am looking into buying a parrot multican (allows mfsw control) has anyone fitted one? Are they straight forward or do they require an expert to install?

Cheers

I fitted one a while back to my car. It was really simple to fit. Follow the instructions and you can't go far wrong. The only bit you might not realise is that if you're going from having the parrot handsfree kit already, you will need to disconnect the switched live on the parrot kit. The kit will receive the switch on signal from the multican. If you leave the switched live it will not work.
If it's a new install then just don't connect the switched live of the handsree kit  :happy2:
