I suppose it's acceptable to sell a GTI as long as your staying within the VAG range!

They're some tasty cars so no criticising your choice.

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

Good choice young sir!  :happy2:

Does this mean you may actually grace us with your presence at a meet once again?

Hope you guys are prepared for a long wait for your Rocco R's. My old man has been waiting since Dec '09 for his, and has only just been given a Jan '11 build date!!

It can happen, some dealers either pick up canceled orders or order 'ghost' cars on the off chance!

There are a few low mile second-hand models out there.

I happened on a 5k mile, RB, 5 month old car with , 19's, Dynaudio, Leather, Folding mirrors, RNS Sat nav, boot liner, 3 years free servicing, great relevant number plate and have since fitted Blue-tooth and rear view camera.

The only thing I would spec is the Pano roof.

Good luck with the wait, i do think they will start to lessen, although some have hit the 1 year mark.

Cranking car too!  I saw a white one and it looked fantastic!

Interesting!

We'll see what my wait turns out to be, obv hoping for the 3, 4 month wait as opposed to the 12! ha

One question, if one were to get a re-trim, is that the sort of thing you need to tell the insurance company? and if so anyone had any experience as to whether it adds anything onto the premium?
