Cheers mate, I wondered if u could do that, I have already got the skoda and seat showing thanks to Steve, is there anywhere that has all the other updates like the toureg site but for skoda etc

Ok, got it all updated, i now have just this minute acquired version 7.2 etka, anyone know how to get updates for this ?

I've just acquired this version too, but it seems to have a number of gaps so I guess it needs updates. Anyone know where to get them and how to apply? From this thread i guess I'll need to write off a whole evening (or more)!

i dont know where to get updates for 7.2, although it is pretty upto date anyway, i also got version 7.0 and have all the updates for this

7.2 is newer but not sure where to get updates, for updates 7.0 or 7.1 is easier , also ELSA is better if you just want to know how to dismantle things

Hi guys .. to cut a long story short - had to set up a partition on my laptop to install xp, ended up overwriting vista  :sick: took all day to sort out dual boot yesterday - NIGHTMARE OF ALL NIGHTMARES.

Anyway ETKA 7.0 is up and running - am having difficulty patching past 679 - am being told I need to upgrade to 7.1 ???? Any ideas ????

Gareth why did you install xp?  im running Etka 7.0-740 with Vista just fine, infact im running it on an Acer aspire one 150 netbook apart from having to ajust the screen size in Etka every time I start it every thing is fine.

For every one else...just found out the prices are way out on the updates, I needed a part for the arm rest the bit that goes just under and behind the fabric/leather cover my Etka update 740 says £6.55 went to dealer and they charged £17.60 :scared: :sad:
