Currently I am running B7T6F7.
I found on my car with the standard HPFP I could not run more than B6 without seeing a large difference between requested and actual rail pressure. See here for more info:

During the summer months I was running T5. You my find with the ED30 that you will not be able to get higher than T5 without an uprated intercooler.
With regards to boost I have chosen to keep it at 7 mainly to try and presever my clutch
I can easily go higher than 7 with the uprated HPFP but for now would prefer not too. I have also found from looking at MAF numbers that boost number does not make that much difference to how much power the car makes at the red line. Setting boost to a higher level gives you more of a mid range kick (more torque) which is always nice
. Good ignition timing advance will make the difference to your top end power.
