« on: October 27, 2010, 10:04:17 pm »
Does anybody know how many hours labour is involved in replacing all three engine mounts to the Vwr Race mounts?

How long is a piece of string?  Four post lift?  Two post lift?  Side arm lift?  Pit?  Jack and stands?

Get my drift?

to the Vmr Race mounts?
Linky please?

JKM quote 1 hr for each side mount on their website for vibratechnics ones , they are relatively easy (SteveP did both in around an hr)
lower one can be a pain (due to number of bolts), so depends how garage feel about it.

maybe 3-4 hrs for all three ?

Sorry my mistake I meant the Vwr mounts, an I was thinking of the amount of time it would take a fully equipped garage so not a diy job at home.

As what john_o says then - 3, 4 max.

One hour for the top two mounts and an hour for the lower mount.  No reason it should take any longer.
