Hi Rob, thanks for the kind words, my car has H&R Springs and they have lowered it by around 25-30mm. The ride isnt really affected in terms of comfort, they have definately improved the body roll and the cars does feel better round bends. H&R's arent the cheapest option but im happy with them!
