4yrs/60k miles for the cambelt (although no one really agrees on this!)
(although many , including me have had it done early under warranty to resolve 'squeaking bird' noises on cold startup)
Id be checking previous owners to see if has been remapped at any point previously.
These cars respond very well to a remap with huge gains, the flip side being increased wear on various components.
Id specifically mention the clutch! (which to be fair are pants on std cars as well)
check the owner has run it on longlife oil but on a time and distance regime (a good sign)
what make of tyres ? (new ones are a min £100 each for a good make), worn evenly?
wheels if marked are difficult to colour match so dont think you can just touch them up
check panel gaps and colour match (red is hard to respray to match) , should have some stonechips if not why not?
do an HPI and ask about stolen/recovered specifically.
insurance isnt cheap (esp so for a remap/mods)
like any car Id have some money in reserve for any 'issues' which can be used for 'mods' if nothing goes wrong
They are fantastic cars that are very resilient but also have a few achilles heel points. keeping it standard is a crime

also what extras does it have? some can be retrofitted , some cant.
if you can get some pics up, as the usual suspects on here may be able to spot 'issues' you may not be aware of
