They are different rear springs mate. Bought them from Patrick from here. However both adjusters are out. I'm just using the OEM rubber spring holder thing :happy2:

Nothing's ever easy ha! Typical.

How do you find the ride with the adjusters out? Is it noticeable?

Using ap springs without adjusters are fine. The springs I'm using on the other hand are terrible

How come your changing coilovers nick? Interested in seeing if the gearbox mount insert makes much difference :)

Few reasons really. I'm having an issue with something at the front end. It sounds like I'm driving with a ballast full of water sloshing about.  After changing everything else it leads to a knackered coilover unit.

Its also getting increasingly harsh on the road so I presume it's on it's way out.

There is also a lot more adjustability with the FKs so it seems, so I'll be able to drop the front end more :)

I'd really like to get some coilys but there are so many things putting me off.

I love my H&R springs with the standard shocks but I really love to go a little lower.

I suppose I'm worried about the ride comfort and rubbing. At the moment with the H&R's the ride is great and there's no rubbing at all.  I don't want to buy some coilys, have em fitted, then realise I want go back to the springs.
