Mr Powdercoater sent me a few piccys:

Wheels split down, rims acid dipped and face sand blasted.

Still a long way to go though.

Lips need repairing. Faces need powder coating. Badges need fitting and they obviously need to be built up and tyred up :)

I'm proper proper jealous!!!! They are the best looking wheels I've seen on a mk5 period! The polished lips really sets them off  :notworthy:

I didn't weigh them to be honest mate. The drums, you could lift with your little finger, but the faces were noticeably heavy :)

And thank you very much for the compliments. Very happy with them :)

Infact a guy at the local spar said "dem are proppa sick rimz mateeee" haha
