So, is Steel Grey the same as United Grey? I've got colour code LA7T but a quick Google search showed up United Grey. Searching now, this appears to be the US naming of the colour - correct?

I have a steel grey 5 door and I'm contemplating colour coding the front splitter, side skirts an rear bumper but a friend is talking me out of it.

Does the contrast on the black to silver look better than all colour coded?

I wasn't sure which colour I wanted when I was looking for one, I really like red cars but didn't feel the MK5 shade of red was the right one. As soon as I saw the grey one I knew I had to have it and havent regretted going grey once.
