I think they would have offered me a courtesy car but only being 19 they couldn't under their insurance policy! Would have been nice to try something newer! ;)

....Really? Mine gave me (free of any charges) a new Polo while my wings were being done - 2 days.

I could really do with one, considering I have to go all the way out to bathgate then will have no way to get to and from work, which is a nightmare!

I am due to be taking my golf in aswell as the wings have signs of rust bubbling up, however does anyone know if the rear bootlid badge (55 plate white worm) can be claimed for aswell?

I put in for a claim on my front wings. Vw come back and said they would repair them for free! Was well happy! So now getting the rear boot looked at as I think that has signs of rust too! So hopefully il be on a win win!

My car is going in on the 3rd to have it done! Polo courtesy car provided.. At least my fuel bill for that week will be cheap :p
Oh and I asked about insurance to confirm and it is for over 21
