Passenger to lock the car
« on: November 20, 2010, 11:15:01 pm »
Evening

In previous cars it's been possible for my girlfriend to lock the doors when I've popped to a cash point of payed for petrol, with the golf the lock button is on the drivers door, not too convenient for a passenger to press, any way around this?
Standard: Rear parking sensors, Parrot Bluetooth
Retro fitted: MFSW buttons, RCD510, Boot pop, Black Monza II, Xenons, Audi jacking points, open fog light grills.

Not an ideal solution but you could press the disable internal sensor alarm before you leave the car then lock it (single press not double to deadlock) with the remote from the outside. She should still be able to exit the car in an emergency.
Without traction power is nothing!
