Heated wing mirrors not working??

I fitted the In Pro chrome mirrors the other week and since then the heated wing mirrors are not working. I can still move the mirrors up and down etc electronically. Are the connections the same? I noticed some grease in the wing mirror housing so am wondering if i could have got some grease on the connection which is hampering it as the heated rear window is working fine?

mine stopped working, cleared the error using vcds and worked fine since then. i have standard mirrors though.

mmmm, ok cheers pal will see if can see anything obvious then see if a fault code is the problem
