Hi NC35!

I've just bought a 55 plate GT TDI with DSG, and am really interested in retro fitting the MFSW with Paddle Shifters!

The Setup i currently have is: Standard Steering Wheel + Mid-Line Display on the clocks.

I've just done a bit of digging around on the interent for possible parts to help along the way, and have found a steering wheel in germany which i was wondering if this fits the bill?

steering wheel:

I'm now wondering what other bits i need to complete the job, so as you've done it to yours, is there any chance you could offer some advice + help as to what i need to do this conversation?

cheers for any help!

Rachel

Hi
You will need
1x Multifunction Steering Wheel with Paddles and Buttons
1x MFSW Airbag Loom
1x Highend Steering Controller

btw I have a highend controller listed in the for sale section

Fitting is fairly easy but it will need to be coded once done

Thanks eddie! so this will work with my year of car yeah?  (55 plate)

How much do you want for the highend controller? would this also control High-Line clocks too?

Tanking you

Hi

Without knowing what is fitted in your car now, I can't say 100% that it will work

I would suggest that first find out which one is fitted in your car first

Once you know you can compare with the list in the link or post it on here

http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/Steering_Wheel_Control_Module_Versions

my one is listed here
http://www.mk5golfgti.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,27818.0.html

I also have one ending AK which is not listed

It has nothing to do with the Highline clocks
