Torque Android App
« on: December 01, 2010, 11:54:24 am »
First of all, apologies if this has already been discussed/posted, a quick search returned no results.

I was browsing android apps and came across one called Torque which appears to communicate with the ECU of your car so as you can view statistics and error messages. You need to purchase an extra part (I assume to plug into the ECU so as the two can communicate) but its got me curious.

Has anyone tried using this application? Does it work how I think it works? I'm not thinking of buying the app and extra part as I will probably do more harm than good. Just curious as to whether people have heard of it, used it or if it will even work?
