Well... touch wood... mine going on Awesomes rollers on saturday... so what are we betting on a stock ed30.... 250bhp?

You normaly see a high torque figure from Awsome's rollers. BHP is normaly not too far out..

Mine made 241.5bhp & 237.8lb/ft as standard on Dastek rollers (P-Torque)..

Mine made 215bhp with HPFP(no map)

230 with TBE, HPFP, ITG CAI(no map)

305 as above but mapped. Not too fussed about figures all I know is it shifts haha

I thought MR Danza said they had sorted their rollers out recently, and were getting more realistic figures, when he had his GTI on them. Maybe you have a special car Edd. As you say it doesn't matter one jot. At least now you know you have a properly sorted GTI now.

Assuming the numbers are inflated, one reason on how this could have happened was if the car wasn't tethered down properly and rode up on the rollers giving a spurious higher bhp figure.

That doesn't really apply to awesomes rollers, their dynojet set up uses one drum per wheel and sits on the drum.

Most other RRs have 2 drums per wheel and sit in the gap between the drums so they have 2 contact areas on each wheel vs the 1 on the dynojet.
