Opps hpfp has gone bye bye!

So as the title says, my 55plate gti has had the usually problem you get with the hpfp/follower/camshaft problem and looking to replace the lot.  My question is, I want to upgrade what I can (might aswell seeing as parts are required) so im looking at the hpfp internal upgrades, what do you guys recommend from experience Autotech or KMD, also prices would be nice.  As for the cams, im sure iv read on here that a S3 camshaft can be used, how will this benifit me??

Any help would be much welcome.

S3 cams gives a bit more hp up top. And several on here has bought Autotech internals, so far noone has reported any troubles with it.  Personally i recommend the APR solution, but as stated no complaints regarding rgw Autotech yet

We are an Autotech dealer and have sold 50+ pumps this year and not had one single problem.

Check classifieds, we have a few left at £100 off the RRP

Great, thanks for the advice guys, I will be purchasing the autotech fuel pump I think.  As for the S3 cam, is it just the one you cam that can be replaced, I wouldnt think it was, also part numbers would be great then I can get cracking (I have tried the search bar1).
