you need to be the original owner, I had a GT TDi with a superchips handset, sold it and got a GTI at 11 months and yes they reset it for free and swapped the TDI map for a GTI map, now that is customer service :-) Had to phone them up and they asked questions such as address etc, I am sure if under 12 months old the previous owner could phone up with his "new car" details and it would be reste for free. This was a couple of years ago mind so don't know if they still do it, I think so.

I have to say I have had nothing but great experiences with SC, I went stage 2+ and they send me three different maps to try, all for £50 on to of my free reset.

And at stage 2+ I am running 275 HP and 315 lbft, and that is on independant non SC dealers rollers  :happy2: Ok not as adjustable as REVO, but from where I started from very very happy and I would be nuts to change. If I knew I was going stage 2+ on a GTI when I boought my TDI then maybe I would have gone revo, but TBH I don't think I would get much more on a K03 car!
