+1 for yellow but I reckon the stripe should be yellow too!

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

I know, I know, I think once funds allow I may get them done yellow....only issue I see is taking them off again and being without the car. Anyone know who could repaint them?

Now I'm pretty much at the end of my modding list....last on the list is an intake, which one would you suggest is best for bhp gains? :drinking:

Can of worms really but from what I've read it would be ITG. I've got one sitting in my room waiting to be fitted

That's what I thought, the Forge seems to be the prettier but the ITG more efficient.

I'd go std cover and reduced settings :happy2: ran the S3 on stg 2 on 6 6 9 with the std cover and a panel filter and it was a lovely road set-up

Cheers both, I'm pretty sure those are the settings I'm running at the moment Gaz and yeah your right it's fine. Maybe I should just stick with it and save my pennies?

When I was Stage 2 I kept the stock air box (with panel filter) and it ran very well. Only went for Intake when going Stage 2+.

As Hedge mentioned already, EVOMS is very good for power too and often gets over looked. Mine ran this intake and it's no louder than ITG or Twintake from my experience of hearing all of them...

If you are after a bit more of a civilised drive then as Gaz says keep the standard airbox and save your pennies.  :happy2:
