Finally managed to get my new SPS unit and discovered it was set on 95ron fuel mapping. Changed it to performance C and had it dynoed yesterday.

Made 231bhp - 234lb/ft still on o/e filter/intake and intercooler :happy2:.

231hp!! that must surprise a few people!!1

Good figure those

231bhp and 1200kg weight makes 192.5bhp/ton

With the extra hardware you should get over 200bhp/ton  :happy2:

You got at any bigger stoppers yet Ryan?

Golf R gone.

Figures look good, but as you say on VAGOC it made 187hp stock on the same dyno, so gains are similar to mine when comparing before and after.  what was it @ RSTunings RR day again as comparison?

did you notice much of a difference between mode B and C. reading SCN threads, it seems revo think alot of the misfires are caused by people using mode C when not in optimal conditions, ie cool weather 99ron+ fuel etc.

You need to get yours on the 1/4 mile now.  The Ibiza boys needs knocking back a pg or two i think

Made 215bhp at RS Tuning with it in 95ron mode. I only put it in C mode for the dyno then changed it back to B so can,t say if it made any difference.

That sounds about right actually, jasons boc made 208hp at jkm with his revo stage 2 and miltek on setting B, so its in the right ball park.

What's the brake plans, have you gone firm with your plans

VWR have them in hand apparently. Gonna be a lightweight 4 pot 330mm version of their 6 pot racing jobbies. Trouble is everything takes time so it depends how patient i am i suppose.

They mentioned them to me as well.  Lightweight 330mm discs will prob still be heavier than the milk bottle tops they run standard though, a lightweight 312mm 4 pot would be better suited iI think.the car is only light after all

Will MKI LCR Brembos not bolt straight on? They fit all MKIV platform cars, so it's a possible?

Then you've got the option of 323x28 2-piece discs off the shelf from AP too.
Sideways yo!

Oh, thinking on there's probably a million and one cheap crossover parts!!

MKIV R32/LCR/TT wishbones and hubs and DEFCON inserts do the same as the MKV mod with WALK. More caster, camber and a wider track.... for example.

I'll think of more.

Love the car BTW Blade.  :happy2:

we need to confirm how much is the same as the mkiv chassis i think.  im only aware of the hubs being the same, would be good if the wishbones are a swap as well.  Where the MKIV R32/LCR/TT wishbones camber adjustable?
