hold it all the way down, hold it all the way up. when it reaches the top, keep your finger pulling the up button for 5 seconds.

Hey this is my virgin post so go easy on me  :happy2:

The 1 touch feature on my windows has been playing up as well... they go all the way down and all the way up with 1 touch but if you interrupt the cycle (ie stop the window 1/2 way down) it goes a little crazy and opens the window to half way (doesn't matter whether you are going up or down) and will only go back up if you hold the button up?

I have tried resetting them as above but it didn't make any difference?

Any help much appreciated
