I'm sorry to hear that, Claire. Why does a story of any damaged GTI always make me feel sad? And even worse if I know the owner.

I trust it's minor and by the sounds of things you must be okay as you went on to enjoy christmas day.

I'm fine thanks :happy2:  Was a low impact bump so only broken the bumper & grille and there was no damage to the other car.  A huge dent in my pride though!

Silly bint in front of me at a roundabout stalled after pulling away. I'd already started to creep forward,  was looking to see if it was clear for me to go and went into the back of her.  She didn't even know I'd hit her.
