Oil cap question?
« on: December 28, 2010, 04:15:48 pm »
Hello guys, I hope you had a nice Christmas.  :happy2:

Just a little question about the oil cap on the car.

I've noticed that some have a large stalk then then cap, and others are flush with the top of the engine. (I know what i mean in my head)

These two pictures illustrate what I cannot!

How do i make it look like the flush bottom one?  :chicken:

Cheers

The two images are from H4rdy and BDMalex. I hope they don't mind ( can be removed immediately if so)

The top car is an edition 30.

The bottom an Octavia VRS i think. If that makes a difference

Can I have your old stalk? mine doesn't have one, and I have the cover and an R8 filler cap, so looks odd without the stalk.
