Windscreen Spray Adjustment
« on: December 30, 2010, 02:36:51 pm »
The drivers side spray works fine but the passenger side is a mere dribble.  I have noticed a small screw to the side, does this adjust in anyway?  I have checked for blockage or kink in the pipe but nohing.  I have heard also that you can remove the spray from the underside of the bonnet and clean it in warm water.  Anyone done this and did it work?  Help gratefully recieved.

Following on from this , is there any adjustment of the aim on the fan jet washers? My drivers side is slightly lower than I would like , but there is no problem with the flow rate.

Its worth you getting it out and soaking it mate for the price of a new one, you could see if you can get use of a air gun and blow any debris/gunk out of them.  And to answer dmac and bird the screw on the side adjusts the height at which the spray hits the screen.

Cheers
