Armrest Options

Ok, so I really want to purchase an armrest for my GTI as it hasnt got one.

From what I can see, there's loads of options with regards to what goes in the armrest...

Ipod Dock, CD Changer, Cubby Hole, Media In, Aux In on outside, 12v on outside...

Can anyone tell me some prices for the outside covers? (not the whole kit, just the plastc trim)


Also, I understand to get the rear vents working, you need the extra bit of ducting, is that all you need to get it work?
