Barker & Stonehouse Leather balm.

We have some of the above leather furniture in the house & it came with a leather care kit. Would i be correct in thinking that if it's good enough for furniture it should be ok for the part leather seats in my ED 30 ?.

the leather in our cars also has a fine plastic in it mate, this leather care will not soak in so to speak and will just sit on the surface.
