Is that the benefits of watching a fit burd getting all hot and sweaty or the exercise itself? ;)
Its an exercise that my trainer has me doing. Its harder when you use a step as well.

I'm confused here!, are you saying i have to watch this video and i will get fit. Look i will give it ago, i will try it for say 5 years first, if by then it's not shifting the pounds, then i am giving up.  :star:
