Finishing Forza takes absolutely ages but definitely worthwhile. Still have quite a few races left on my career to do, but that's the only achievement I have left to unlock.

No, decided not to bother with it as sticking to Forza really.

GT5 is epic. I have played forza 3 as well, got quite far on it. It is a good game but GT5 is so much more of a simulation really, rather than an arcade game.

Now im not saying forza is an arcade type game, but its a lot closer to it that GT5 ever will be.

GT5 is harder, but with that, i always find it so much more satisfying. For example, throwing a 850 bhp R8 V10 around the nurburgring and getting a good time is very hard work, but so satisfying.

I was on forza the other day driving a 962 porsche. I was driving round the nurburgring and it was so easy to get 6.30 laps in. Some corners you could do flat out and to me, it was totally unrealistic!

so u think gt5 is really that accurate?? if you went yourself in your car and did a 10 min lap, could you beat it on gt5 or destroy it?? suppose the fear factor comes into play in real life though.

I'm not a PS3 guy but from what I have seen the AI in GT5 is a lot dummer than Forza 3 and thats saying something.  Forza has a well established multiplayer online community, maybe has half the cars but why would you need 300 skylines.

I also completely disagree that Forza is even close to an arcade racer, that just sounds like sony fanboy talk!!!

I think what it comes down to is what console you own or prefure, they are both good games but they will always have there fanboys, and I spent hours playing it on the PS1 many years ago.

got both and gt5 for me wins in every department apart from the selection of modern cars available and the better modification choices in forza :happy2:

but like forza there will be future updates with more cars available - they have already announced that all standard cars will be upgraded to premium in the coming months along with a load of other extras

GTI Edition 30 - Reflex Silver now gone but not forgotten - Cooper S JCW now.
