225/45/18 Tyre Pictures?

Got my Omanyt reps yesterday and was digging about my shed and remembered I have my old 18's from a fair bit ago, all decent tyres all round but they are 225/45/18's.

I know most do the 40's over the 45's but has anyone any pics of there car with the 45 profile tyres? Preferably pics of Omanyts but anything will do!

Will they look too big/gash?
