Dont forget that if changing the battery on your car, if you have a REVO map, it will lose the settings applied to it (The Fuel, Timing and Boost bit) also if you have any of the OEM headunits, make sure you have the pin handy in case it prompts you for it, to save any agro on finding out what it is after you need it.

I just got a Varta silver D15 for my wifes Audi TT good hi powered Battery,
Got it off of Ebay with a 5 year warranty for £75, just looked now and he's put them up to £85

Porsche are selling a Lithium starter battery. 1/3 of the weight of a Pb battery. Yours for only €3000...

How on the subject of weight...how much does an OEM battery typically weigh, and how much would a mid-range weight saving one be in comparison?

Any recommendations?
