Cheap Digital Multimeter

Don't get me wrong these are nothing special and to be honest I'd be more comfortable knowing people were only using them on 12v but for the money a handy tool to have in the tool bag, you can't go wrong.

With leads, instructions and battery!
A multimeter which can be used for circuit testing
e.g. testing if there is a circuit through for fuses, lamps,etc.testing mains voltage, testing batteries, etc.
and also for quick testing of transistors and diodes.
Uses 1 x 9V battery (provided).
2 x red and black 2mm test leads (provided).
5 resistance (ohm) ranges,
2 A.C. volts ranges (200 and 750),
5 D.C volts ranges (0.2, 2, 20, 200 and 1000) and 5 D.C current ranges (0.2, 2, 20, 200mA and 10A)
Special sockets for diode, pnp and npn transitors.
Pocket sized and lightweight.

Good old Avo 8 there VRstu, still use mine daily, the cheap multimeters have too lower internal impedance for alot of applications.
