Im with jpc on this one, theres a lot of smoke and mirrors and half assed attempts in the waterless world, almost as much as normal detailing  :signLOL:
The product descriptions are pretty wild as well, promising the earth but actually delivering a lot of time speant and millions of dirty m/fibres!
Its something i unfortunately have to do now and then on the ferrari, and i exercise extreme caution whilst doing so but you do get slight hazing and light scratches as far as i can tell. Its a necessary evil though  :evilgrin: in some situations!

Think i would have washed it first to get the dirt off before using his waterless brillo pad method!  :evilgrin:

I have watched a good few demos on this but I am not convinced as some of these cars are pretty dirty before the waterless co's get into them. Another tale of caution was up at a show during some hot weather a guy bought some after the sales guys demo then went back to his car that was on display then sprayed the stuff on and it went to jelly and bonded to the bonnet, very messy.

It's not water less it's simply less 'water' and lots of cloths that need washing afterwards. How do you get dust and grim out of non flat inaccessible areas ?
