So guys, the fenders are on the car.
I will try to write a review for those of you who are interested in these fenders. I will post this information on the Wide fenders for mk5 GTI thread also

First of all, the difference between these fenders and OEM fenders is ~1.2 kg/ piece: Stock 2935g cs Kerscher 1682g

Than, fitment... Well, it is not quite perfect. On the left side of the car the fitment is perfect (better than OEM):

On the right side things are not quite the same... There is a gap on the fender and the front bumper:

And there is some space between the fender and the headlight. But, the fender is aligned with the hood so I guess there was some space with the OEM fender too:

All of the other joints or lines are perfect.
So, the fenders are not quite perfect but good enough (at least for my standards).

The fenders extend quite a lot and I like the look of the car with the new fenders.

Please don't mind the front left RLine grille. It has not arrived yet and I needed the car.

And to make the post even longer, here are some shots with the OEM fenders and the Kerscher fenders.
I tried to have the same angle but it is not quite the same. I hope this helps anyway...

All the best!  :drinking:

P.S. I Still have to make some photos of the inner fender but that will only happen when I change the winter wheels.

And time for another small update: I changed the exterior door trim. I had the matt one and now I bought the glossy black one:

The installation is quite straight forward. Just pull the rubber next to the trim to reveal the 2 bolts holding the trim in place.

Here are the before/after pictures:

Thanks for watching!

One comparison between the GoProHere2 and the Janus V2 camera (new vs old)

The difference is huge but the old one stays on the car since it is great for the inside shots. I will find some alternative angles to make the best out of each camera.
Thanks for watching!

Some parts just came in so a little teaser:

Can't wait to fit them!

But not all is good since one seat has it's back and bottom severely scratched:

So I will fit it as is and the seller will replace the seat at the couriers expense (he is to blame for the incident).

Are these PPs and Quick-Fits?  :happy2:

If you stay with the scratched seat let a detailer do some work.

What's the current weight of your car? About or below 1250 kgs without driver and fuel?

Take the seats to the detailer, or just repaint them. Until the courier will pay for them, long time will pass

I will see how easy to fit they are over the weekend. That's when I intend to do the switch.
I will keep the scratched seat till the new one arrives but I doubt the scratches are visible since nobody is on the rear seats
About the weight, VW say the car weighs 1270kg. I guess that with the current mods, the weight is 1250kg. I have not spent time and money to make the car lighter.
After I install the roll cage and a rear wing I will concentrate my efforts on making the car lighter.

Take the seats to the detailer, or just repaint them. Until the courier will pay for them, long time will pass
The supplier already made an order for a new seat so my wait will not be long (4-5 weeks :D ).
I will leave these as they are right now.
