clutch

i am after some advice on uprated clutch's please,i have a stage 2 ed 30 and have started noticing the clutch slipping.i was after suggestions for which type of clutch to go for and if anyone can recomend somewhere to get it done,i am based in wakefield west yorkshire,all advice is appreciated.thanks

I like my Sachs uprated kit and now it's bedded in feels very O.E to me. I suspect a new driver not used to the car may find it a little stiff.
Mk2 Octavia vRS with K04 conversion, 3"TBE & Decat, APR HPFP, BDM Intake, S3 I/C, Sachs clutch & Unicorn custom map, S3 brakes, AP coilovers, THS mounts.

B8.5 Audi S4 with uprated pulley and unicorn Stage 2

I'm about to get the Helix fitted as my Sachs uprated with SMF had a defect SMF from start.

Over the top mod list ;o)

i'm on sachs organic with standard smf CORRECTION!!! standard DMF, very happy 2k miles in.  Pedal a little stiffer (maybe 10-20%) but not a problem and bites lower down so took a little getting used to but no complaints really from me, or the wife :wink:

Have a look at BDM Alexs Skoda build I can't remember the name of the one he has.

Also sounds like an excuse for an LSD!!!

have to apologise, that should have read "standard DMF" as i have the standard LUK DMF.  Fingers not engaged to brain I'm afraid :ashamed:
