I've got an Autobra 1 for the ed 30 had it on a few times for long journey's but like the look of the smooth version as oppose to the sausage roll of the Autobra but According to the chap at Autobra when ordering mine he told me they are there in order to prevent the bra from lifting at speed :driver:

sorry in advance for the hijack Newey but is your grill surround (where no. plate should go) smooth like this one?
mine has an annoying 'step' to accomodate no. plate

It's just a plastic holder Dan, comes off easy but leaves holes. Have a look at mine as I've removed the no plate holder  :happy2:

just looked in members rides at yours nath, did you wrap it to cover holeage cause you running small plate?
just ordered sum herman plates, im guessing they will cover the holes if I take no. plate adapter off?   :chicken:

I just filled the holes Dan. Didn't make a very good job so Im having a bodyshop do it for me  :happy2:
