Bet you cannot wait can you mate! I know what I was like the last night before I picked up mine!
Highline is when you have the ability to alter a lot of settings of the car, It is when the dash screen is one large pic, and when doors are open you will get a picture of which door is open rather than just having a picture light up.

What are your plans for it?

^^^Have you seen the pics? A couple of members have this combo and it looks great. Definitely brightens up the interior!

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

..........do you think?. I've seena couple in the flesh when i was looking for a GTI & to me it's . The mk5 GTI was ment to go back to the ''orginal'' mk 1 GTI roots, tartan seats & decent power etc. The biege leather seats just don't work in a GTI for me.Sorry but just my thoughts.  :innocent:

No worries mate, everyones different. I like the black interior but the biege definitly brightens it up.

No planned mods, might run it standard for a while and look at a remap later in the year. The wife has said I can't spend anymore money  :sad1:

I was up at 5.30....anxious about the bloke buying mine but all done and dusted so setting off in 15 minutes  :driver:

Picked it up and love it........

Heres a pick from the dealer site - will take my own next weekend if it stops raining...Power is great - felt the DSG I drove 2 weeks ago was slightly quicker though that's probably my gear changes.

Biege leather interior looks great - got some cheap rubber mats from argos and cut round the fitted mats and they look great - breaking the biege up and adding protection during the winter.

Any help with REVO would be great - going to try the 5 day trial though need to know if any other mods are needed for a stage 1 - if so might stick with standard setup.

Thanks

Hi & welcome mate

Picked up my GTI about 5 weeks ago and absolutely love it  :happy2: You will to  :happy2:

It is definitely one of the best all-rounder’s.

A pic of what the highline looks like:

Midline is half that size.

Mines definitely the midline one then.

Love the car anyway so this is no problem for me.

Booked in for the 5 hour trial of revo next Saturday. Worth a try I suppose. :)
