my postcode take an eternity to load and then tells me theres no policing in my area!  :confused:

i'm hoping its just because the sites busy today from being launched  and not that the local police station has closed! :grin:

I live in London - and it said there was no policing in my area either  :stupid:

If you launch a site - which is obviously slow because everyone is looking at it - you should at least ensure it has most of the info up and running ! 

The Home Secretary apparently talks about the site as a way of holding the police accountable for crime in their areas - well, OK, I know what she is getting at .... but how about changing it a bit to hold the criminals accountable !!!

December in my (smallish) area of Sheffield....

16 burglaries
131 ASBO's
1 Robbery
16 vehicle crime
12 violent crime
35 "other" crimes including drugs, criminal damage and shoplifting.
