Dr Colorchip
« on: January 16, 2011, 05:02:33 pm »
Hi.  I'm looking to order a road rash kit from Dr Colorchip (US$59).  Having read reviews the kit is not perfect but is pretty good to hide most of the small chips.

They are offering 10% off if I order 2 or more kits plus the benefit of sharing postage costs (US$39 as kits are sent from the US).  I am looking to see if anyone wants to buy a kit with me.  Obviously it would be best if you were near me (Bexley in Kent, central London or Maidenhead) so we could arrange local collection of the kit when it arrives.

Cost would be approx £46 each kit (assuming you go for large kit) versus £62 if you order individually so a reasonable saving.

The link to their website is http://www.drcolorchip.com/  and if anyone is interested all i need is paint code plus size of kit you want.  Looking to order towards end of next week.

Of course if anyone knows of a UK stockist even better

Im interested in the kit however im from Norwich, so the savings wont help me much.

If you do apply the kit before me, dont forget to post some before and after pics if you have time. Ive been looking at the web sites before and after pictures and they do look good. Clearly some colours give better results than others. What colours your car, mines steel grey hopefully the results will be good  :happy2:

Interested in this. Would be a good way to fix all my little stone chips.

Would be interested in the full road rash kit aswell!

Im located down in Poole, so we may be able to ask them if theyll split the delivery charge as its two orders? PM me and we can discuss

I would love to see a user's write up about this. It sounds too good to be true.

Ive read some rather interesting write ups, but it does seem rather expensive with $49 shipping on it
