Thanks Luca

Thanks to Luca for selling such a mint set of pescaras! anyway promised a pic...here you go... :happy2:

As she was in her glory previously

and with my new Pescaras......how she is now.....shame about pic from phone and the light making the car look orange...lol...at least its not pink....YET!!  Great Job with NO MARKING on the alloys thanks to Gils Motors in Colston Road, Glasgow....ALL GTIers in Glasgow I cannot recommend them highly enough,..not always the best prices for tyres but they are easily the best fitters in the business. Back to being a GTI again...

Pic doesnt do her credit but I am soo happy with the wheels, and its not just cosmetic, the car seems to handle waay better too. cant describe it.  They barely needed any weights to balance either !!

Looking good, got there before I did lol,

Sure that the improved handling will be down to a reduction in un-sprung weight, someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but does look far better for it.

Luke

Dunno really, apart from hitting a pothole and had a slight wobble for the past few weeks. Needed to replace a nearly new Asymmetric.

I am going to get the old wheels checked out, I think the knock damaged one of the wheels and maybe it was just even that the weights came off.  But to be honest I was looking for new wheels for ages,  wanted real monzas but they are like rocking horse pellets.

Hoping to sell them on once I get someone to verify that they are all ok apart from usual cosmetic rim dings that need a refurb.
