RNS-510 and dynaudio
« on: February 13, 2011, 10:14:51 pm »
Guys quick question, if I take the RNS from the Golf and put it in the new Rocco, if I decide to add the dynaudio package (which the dealer tells me I'm still just in time to add), then will and RNS from a non dynaudio car work in a car prepared with dynaudio?

Is it a simple matter of a change to the coding to tell the unit that it's connected to a sound system?

As far as im aware its just a case of changing the coding in VCDS to Dynaudio enabled ;)

VCDS Scanning/Coding, RNS and MDI retrofits, and specialist mechanics services with VAGtek available - Just PM me for details.

Yep it's just a case of altering the coding to tell it the Dynaudio is there :happy2:
