stevo's golf gt sport

well thought i would start a section with mine as a few said should start one in here.
Up to now just fitted a new rear gti bumper. just picked up my sideskirts from vw so am havin them painted this week along with my front spliter then the week after am gettin one side of the car painted as it has a few scratches an a parking dent on the rear door witch i new about when i bought it. Not sure on a spoiler yet dont want a run of the mill fancy smothing diffrent but looks factory??? getting alloys for next pay day an a set of coilovers

How long you had it?
Liking the mods done so far, and much prefer the facelift GT front.

very nice mate, i have just bought a 57 plate one myself in silver, yeah the fronts are a million times better, currently modding mine a bit, not much just small bits and bobs really to make her mine and the side skirts same as you  :happy2:

il jump on teh facelift front end bandwagon aswell, it look alot better! nice deep red to the paint aswell so seems very well looked after  :happy2:

il jump on teh facelift front end bandwagon aswell, it look alot better! nice deep red to the paint aswell so seems very well looked after  :happy2:

I heard the complete opposite to be honest with you mate, had heard the red was very difficult as there is a sand that is used and as all sands are different then the match would not be spot on.
But if he can do it then go for it! :wink:

Likewise red is notoriously difficult to match but if your mate is any good then go for it. Make sure you check it after though!

well already had the rear gti bottom section done match is faultless just havin skirts an front lower section painted so hopin that will look as good he is a good painter though he has done all my painting over the ten years I have knowen him this is one of my old ones he done from years back  (still kind of miss it)lol

well got round  to fitting my skirts an front lower lip spoiler have to say the skirts was a lot easy than i thought had them on in about 20mins just needs a good clean now
