Who can do it?
How much does it cost?
How much to correct it?

Slight mishap when going round a corner a touch too fast.

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

ATS, kwik fit. awesome gti. Any good garage, make sure they aren't using guessing games, or old hat tools.

You want  laser tracking now. ATS near me are absolutely fantastic. no monkeys working on your car, they all seem very professional. but i think that is an anomaly.

Normally costs about 30-40 for a good job.

It sounds like you have had a little bump. be carefull and get all the track rods and ends checked by whoever doing the checking. they can bend very easily, and will need replacing. There not too expensive.

But make sure you do it sooner rather than later. A car that isn't tracked properly will eat front tyres for fun!

Shan't say how fast I was going but went round a sharp bend a little too eagerly. I normally slow down for this bend but was having too much fun going round corners really fast. Think the wheel bounced off the kerb.

god,  i love my gti.

Sounds like the nut holding onto the steering wheel needs mental adjustment.

Okay, tracking was sorted.

Can someone tell me the definition of the following terms:

Camber
Caster
Toe
Total Toe
Steer Ahead
Thrust Angle?

Does anyone know what the values should be for the mk5?
