Pescara change of colour options?
« on: February 20, 2011, 10:08:45 pm »
Evening guys, I hope you all had a good weekend.  :happy2:

I recently gave one of my alloys a good old scraping down a kerb ( possibly my subconcious doing it on purpose! ), but i saw this as an opportunity to change the colour.

What have people decided on in the past? Does anyone have any pictures of red Ed.30's with anthracite or black pescys for example?

Also, if anyone is a dab hand at photoshop, please feel more than welcome to give the photo below a quick edit   :happy2:

Merry Weekend!

Nick

Have a look at the red rides thread. Black gloss is the colour to go for if not anthracite.

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

divided opinion

black gloss does look good, but isnt 'different' enough imho
but its your car, so your choice  :pomppomp:

I would say gloss black. Personally I think gloss black suits a red mk5 better than any other colour but it's very hard to show that in a picture. Also, I do agree it's not that 'different' anymore but different isn't always better  :happy2:

Black on Red is awesome IMHO.

Looks so mean and sleak.

I nearly went for this but opted for Detroits instead.

Keano.. Always posting pics after a car wash.. :signLOL:

I done the same mate, both my front wheels are damaged and looking for a refurb.I'm favouring anthracite personally.

Anyway, have you got anybody local in mind?.Members on here highly rate A1,in the midlands I think.

I've heard good things about the wheel doctor in Scun.thorpe, and the father recently had some A5 wheels done at 'TheWheelSpecialist' in Leeds, done a fantasticcccc job!

We'll have to see  :drinking:
