Dom, I would take that graph with a pinch of salt, something has gone wrong during that run and I dont think there is a definite issue with the Shark software.
Firstly, you have a run which starts at 2250rpm and ends at 6000rpm. The tfsi K04 will build boost from 1800 rpm, if you start the run late in the rpm range you can struggle to hit full load (this is software dependant)
Secondly you are still making power when the run has ended, I know your car well and even with stock dsg software you will still be making power at 6450rpm. For some reason the run was stopped at 6000rpm.
I am not saying that your test wasnt carried out incorrectly, dyno operators have their own preferences, I would have started the run at 1800rpm and finished at the shift point.
All 3 runs he did were all the same. I even went and told him to hold the shift paddle in on the dsg which he didnt know about, but he decided to back off before it changed gear for some reason.
I realised why the shark map has the same curve as your PDT map dave, shark must have used your map that I uploaded via the sts device and adjust that map rather than using a stock map to tweak. With the revo stock file I made 266lbft of torque!
How much would a dyno run be Dave? I might pop down after work this week, as youre only around the corner anyway
